King v. Burwell just recently tackled a major issue in Obamacare - federal subsidies.
It was a big win in the right direction, but the left is scrambling to save the illegal subsidies and implant ObamaCare in an even more permanent way.
The left wants states to set up their own exchanges in response to the case. This will make ObamaCare much harder to get rid of.
We need to be focusing on an escape route from the program, not extending it!
